Waterproofing helps protect leather and suede from water-based and oil-based stains.
I especially like this product because it does not tend to darken leather but should be tested on an inconspicuous area. Best for your fine leather and
suede goods.
To properly waterproof an item it should be free of dirt, dust, and grease. If it is suede, brush lightly with a suede brush before treating. For leather you may polish first with a paste or cream polish and shine it up and then apply the waterproofing.
Hold the can about 8" away and spray evenly over the entire surface. Allow to dry for 30 minutes and spray a second coat. Repeat periodically. Use in a well ventilated area away from heat and flame.
