Please note: Kelly's Heel and Sole Dressing can no longer be sold in California because of a VOC law. We will substitute Fiebings Heel and Sole Dressing which is also an excellent product for the same purpose. It is water soluble and can be shipped to CA by US Mail to APOs also.
